The aim of CER is to strengthen and enhance the working relationship between the employer and the employee, so that greater productivity is achieved in the workplace. It does this by:
- establishing a well-developed point from which to view workplace relationships and associated work practices; and
- developing competency through the appropriate application of learning and development programs, consultancy support, networking, research development and innovation.
The CER supports the adage - "the best relationship is a working one". Our focus is on working with the employee and the employer.
